WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our apparel is unisex and true to size. You can also refer to the size chart on each of the product pages. We recommend sizing up one if you prefer an oversized look.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet. Since we are just starting out, the decision was made to just ship within the U.S. for now. We do plan to open the shop up to international shipping in the future.
WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
As much as we comfortably can!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, or around holidays, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
MY STICKER ORDER DIDN'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Unfortunately, we do not provide tracking numbers for sticker only orders. It is more cost effective for you and for us to do it this way. Please allow the post office time. If you haven't received your stickers within 2 weeks from the date it was shipped, please contact us.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. This includes the item(s), and/or personal information. Please be sure of your size, color, and quantity before placing your order. Make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. If there is an issue with your order, make sure to email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery to address any issues or concerns.
